Trolleys can be hired from designated locations in the Family and General car parks on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. You can pre-book wagons for the weekend (please see section 5).

  3. Rental Pricing

Trolley: £10 per hour; £70 per weekend
Wagon: £80 per weekend (pre-book for the entire weekend only)

Extenuating circumstances: If you cannot return a trolley within the opening hours and must keep it overnight, you will be charged an additional £25 for having possession of the trolley overnight on top hours already accrued. You must return the trolley 15 minutes before opening the following day to avoid being charged further rental fees.

  4. Security Deposit: Trolley

A £100 trolley security deposit is required at the time of rental. This deposit covers potential loss, theft, or damage of the trolley during the hire period. Upon returning the trolley, the hire duration will be calculated and deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 working days.

The full deposit will not be refunded in the following circumstances:

If the trolley/wagon is lost or stolen while under your hire.
If the trolley/wagon is returned damaged or broken.
If a pre-booked wagon is not cancelled within 14 days of the festival start date.

  5. Pre-booking

You can pre-book a wagon for the weekend via an online booking system. Pre-booked wagons are £80 for the weekend. At the time of booking, you will be required to provide your first and last name, email address, collection location, day and time, and a £80 payment. You will also be required to pay a £50 deposit which will be refunded once the wagon is returned at the end of the festival. Please see section 4 on deposits. Pre-booked rentals are subject to cancellation policies as detailed below.

  6. Cancellation and Refunds

Pre-booked wagons can be cancelled for a full refund up to 14 days before the start of the festival. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable. To cancel the booking, customers must email hello@charityconcierge.org with details of original booking.

If the trolley/wagon is lost or stolen, the security deposit may not be refunded.

If the trolley/wagon is returned damaged, the deposit may be partially or fully withheld, depending on the extent of the damage.

  7. Collection and Return

Collection: Upon arrival at the festival, trollies can be hired at one of the Charity Concierge Trolley Hubs located in the Family or General car parks. You will be required to provide your first and last name, email address, contact number, rental type (i.e wagon), collection day, time and location and finally a £100 security deposit. If the customer has pre-booked a wagon, the team will already have these details and you will only be required to pay a £50 deposit.
