Charity Concierge Trolley & Wagon Hire Terms and Conditions
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the use of the Trolley & Wagon Hire Service (“Service”) provided by Charity Concierge, a service managed by Child.org. By hiring a trolley or wagon, you agree to comply with these T&Cs.
There are three unit types referenced in this agreement:
Standard Trolleys. These are trolleys that are rented on an hourly or weekend basis from one location in the General Car Park.
Pre-book Day Trolleys. These are trolleys that are rented for the day from one location at the Day Visitor Gate.
Pre-book Wagons. These are trolleys with an additional lining, cushion and canopy that are rented for the weekend from several locations across the site.
Service Hours, Locations and Availability
The Charity Concierge Trolley & Wagon Hire Service (for standard trolleys and pre-book wagons) is available during the following hours:
Thursday 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
Saturday: CLOSED
Sunday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
Monday: 7:00 am - 12:00 pm
Standard Trolleys can be hired within these times from a designated Charity Concierge Hub location in the General Car Park on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
Pre-book Wagons you can pre-book wagons for the weekend via an online form (please see section 5) and pick up from a designated Charity Concierge Hub on the site: General Car Park, Campervan Field, Tangerine Fields or Green Yurts.
Pre-book Day Trolleys. You can pre-book trolleys (please see section 5) for the day via an online form and pick up from a designated Charity Concierge Hub location at the Day Visitor Gate Entrance. The hours for this particular location differ from the hours listed above. Pre-book Day Trolley collection and return hours are as follows:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Collection: 9:30 am - 3:00 pm; and Return: 5:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Day Trolleys must be collected and returned on the same day, within the hours stated above, and must be returned to the same Charity Concierge Hub from which they were collected.
Rental Pricing
Trolley: £10 per hour; £70 per weekend
Pre-book Day Trolley: £60 per day (pre-book for the entire day only)
Pre-book Wagon: £80 per weekend (pre-book for the entire weekend only)
Extenuating circumstances: If you cannot return a trolley or day trolley within the opening hours and must keep it overnight, you will be charged an additional £25 for having possession of the trolley overnight on top of hours already accrued. You must return the trolley 15 minutes before opening the following day to avoid being charged further rental fees.
Payment Process and Security Deposits
Standard Trolley. A £100 trolley security deposit is required at the time of rental. This deposit covers potential loss, theft, or damage of the trolley during the hire period. Upon returning the trolley, the hire duration will be calculated and deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 working days.
Pre-book Wagon. For pre-book Wagon hire, a £50 security deposit is required in addition to the £80 weekend hire. Both amounts will be taken from the customer at the time of booking. Upon returning the wagon in line with these T&Cs, the £50 deposit will be refunded to the original payment method.
Pre-book Day Trolley. For pre-book Day Trolley hire, a £40 security deposit is required in addition to the £60 daily hire fee. Both amounts will be taken from the customer at the time of booking. Upon returning the day trolley in line with these T&Cs, the £40 deposit will be refunded to the original payment method.
For all units, refunds may take up to 10 working days. The full deposit will not be refunded in the following circumstances: If the trolley/day trolley/wagon is lost or stolen while under your hire. If the trolley/day trolley/wagon is returned damaged or broken. If a pre-booked wagon or day trolley is not cancelled within 7 days of the festival start date.
Pre-booking units
You can pre-book a wagon for the weekend, or a day trolley for a single day, via an online booking system.
Pre-book Wagons are £80 for the weekend. At the time of booking, you will be required to provide your first and last name, email address, collection location, day and time, and a £80 payment. You will also be required to pay a £50 deposit which will be refunded once the wagon is returned in line with these T&Cs. Please see section 4 on deposits.
Pre-book Day Trolleys are £60 for the day. At the time of booking, you will be required to provide your first and last name, email address, collection location, day and time, and return time alongside a £60 payment. You will also be required to pay a £40 deposit which will be refunded once the day trolley is returned in line with these T&Cs. Please see section 4 on deposits.
As booking details are taken in advance, the hirer will only need to present the name and confirmation used at booking, along with photo ID, at collection.

Both pre-book wagons and day trolleys must be ordered online in advance and are not available on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-booked rentals are subject to cancellation policies as detailed below.
Cancellation and Refunds
Pre-booked wagons and day trolleys can be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days before the start of the festival. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable. To cancel the booking, customers must email hello@charityconcierge.org with details of original booking.
Collection and Return
Collection: Upon arrival at the festival, all unit types can be found at one of the Charity Concierge Trolley Hubs located across the site. You will be required to provide your first and last name, email address, contact number, rental type, collection day, time and location, and a £100 security deposit. Day trolleys and wagons must be pre-booked in advance (see section 5); and the team will already have these details on file.
Return: For all unit types, the hirer is responsible for returning the trolley, day trolley, or wagon to the correct originating hub, within the correct opening hours and in the condition in which it was received.
At the point of return, Charity Concierge staff will inspect the unit for damage or missing components. Any late return, damage, or loss will be handled in accordance with Sections 3 (overnight charges) and 4 (security deposits). Where a dispute arises over the condition of a returned unit, Charity Concierge's assessment at the point of return will be treated as final, and the hirer will be notified in writing (via the email provided at booking or collection) of any deposit deduction and the reason for it.
Usage Guidelines
Standard Trolleys, Day Trolleys, and Wagons are not toys and should only be used for transportation purposes. Children may only be transported in wagons at the user’s own risk. The hirer is responsible for the safety and well-being of children while using the service. Please ensure that trolleys, day trolleys, and wagons are returned in the condition they were received. Any damage or loss may result in losing the security deposit.
Liability
The hirer is responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur while using the standard trolley/day trolley/wagon. The hirer is responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in the trolley, day trolley, or wagon.
