Volunteer at Latitude Festival

22 - 27 July 2026

Our volunteer spaces at Latitude festival are FULL. Email us to join the waitlist.

WHY LATITUDE?

An eclectic lineup bringing visitors some of the best music, comedy and theatre the festival season has to offer. This year, we’ve got David Byrne, Teddy Swims, Lewis Capaldi and much more.

An outdoor adventure at your fingertips: soak up some sun on the Latitude lake with some wild swimming, a gondola ride or paddle boarding, or enjoy some forest bathing in the woods where you’ll also find soulful mini-stages, gin bars and meditation stations. You can even take a photo of Latitude’s famed pink sheep!

Activities, activities, activities… and more activities! Latitude’s got yoga, craft activities, interactive art installations, talks, ice baths, saunas, paddle-boarding, the Zen Den (which include the Temple of Connection), an enchanted garden and much more. As a concierge volunteer, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to dabble in your activities of choice.

Thanks for being so friendly and welcoming! I had an amazing time and met loads of lovely, brilliant people!
— Matt, Latitude 2021
My ears are ringing, my nails are filthy and I’ve forgotten what buildings look like but it was all entirely worth it - thanks for the great weekend!
— Izzy, Latitude 2021

Concierges will have varied roles at Latitude, depending on the day and time of your shifts. The best concierges are friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. They work hard as well as play hard and are willing to approach people to offer the service, and chat to them about the wonderful work that Child.org does.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • We will provide you with your Concierge t-shirt, however we ask that you bring your own black trousers/skirts/leggings or other variation of black bottom-half attire to go with this.

  • Concierges will be serving alcohol at the events, therefore you must be over the age of 18 on the starting date of the event.

  • All Concierges will be expected to read and comply with our Volunteer Code of Conduct.
